Recurring fees?

Why are you showing me these recurring fees?

We display the total recurring fees on this page to help give you an accurate idea of how much you'll pay for these services in the future, so there's no confusion later on, and you don't get a nasty shock when you see your hosting bill. We think this is the fairest way to do business.

But my recurring fee doesn't match the price I'm paying today?

When you're ordering more than 1 of our products at once, you might see that your total fees aren't quite the same as the total due today price that you can see on this page.

The most reason for these different prices is that different types of product (for example, domain names and hosting) have different renewal periods - some will be billed monthly, and others annually, depending on the billing cycle you've chosen.

You might also have ordered a one-off product or service that isn't billed on a recurring basis, have used a one-time promotion code, or have benefited from adiscounted price, which won't be applied to subsequent billing periods.

If you can't make sense of your cart totals here, please get in touch with our friendly support team and they'll be very happy to help you work things out! You can find their details at the bottom of this page.
